Why is it so hard for us humans to “let go?” We all know how it holds us back! Whether it's relationship issues, losses, or conflicts, our minds ruminate and can not stop dwelling on things we can not change!
I know how it feels. And I know it's an on-going practice that takes practice!
What areas of our lives can we just say, “so what” to? It may be different for each of us, but the concept is the same.
